TAP forms for the 2021 spring semester – including manager/supervisor approval for graduate-credit courses that are not job-related – are due by February 14 (February 22 for FAS/GSAS). TAP forms should be submitted through the Tuition Portal. If you indicate a graduate-credit course meets the IRS-definition of job-relatedness, we recommend you reach out to your manager/supervisor and ask them to look out for an approval email from no-reply@benstrat.com with approval instructions. They should receive the email the same day you submit your form (they may have to check their junk email folder).
Withholding for spring 2021 TAP benefits in excess of $5,250 for graduate-credit courses that do not meet the IRS-standard of job-relatedness will begin on March 26 for DCE and spring 1 semester courses for other Harvard-participating schools.
