The Harvard Benefits Office will be closing for the University Winter Recess at 5 PM on December 22, 2022. The office will re-open on Tuesday, January 3, 2023.
During the recess our medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug vendors, VOYA (formerly known as Benefit Strategies), and the Harvard University Retirement Center will be open, some with reduced business hours. Please click here for a complete listing of Vendor Contacts.
If there is a medical emergency and you are newly enrolled in a health plan, but your health plan is unable to provide assistance, please seek the care that you need and contact Harvard Benefits in January when our office reopens. As always, coverage is subject to plan provisions.
If you need to submit any required forms related to your benefits, you may fax them to 1-617-496-3000 or email them to Benefits@Harvard.edu. You may also place them in the lockbox found in the first floor lobby at 114 Mt Auburn St., Cambridge. You will need your Harvard ID badge to enter the lobby between 9am-5pm.
