What's next for your career?  This question can be overwhelming for many. You may not feel like you have the time or energy to consider this question or perhaps you don't know where to start the process. This comprehensive workshop will cover key elements of the career development process, including values, skills, professional networks and setting specific career goals. The workshop will include taking the Work-Life Balance Card Sort®,  skills identification, networking and peer-to-peer coaching exercises. Participants are required to complete a 20-minute online assessment prior to the first session and to attend both 90-minute virtual sessions.
