As you grow and develop your career having a mentor – or even multiple career mentors can be invaluable. Mentors can offer you insights, resources, and encouragement toward your career goals. What can be difficult is identifying potential career mentors and establishing mentor/mentee relationships. This interactive 90-minute session will highlight the goals of career mentoring and explore strategies for finding your career mentors. The workshop will include large group and small break-out group exercises and discussions.
