Corinne Wasmuht: The Speed of Painting

Corinne Wasmuht (b. 1964) is considered one of the most important German painters of her generation. In this lecture, the artist will discuss her work, from her early naturalistic structures of the late 1980s to more recent large-scale oil paintings, which reflect her interest in digital imagery and the anonymity of public space.

Tour: The Renovation and Expansion Project

Join us for an architectural tour that will stop on all of the Harvard Art Museums’ public floors, led by Peter Atkinson, director of facilities planning and management. Mindful Eating

This free course will introduce participants to mindfulness and guide them in three foundational mindfulness practices. They will then apply mindfulness to issues concerning eating, and engage in 3-4 practices to cultivate more awareness around our relationship to food. Participants should leave the session with several concrete suggestions and practices about how to modify their eating behaviors.
