VMG is a Harvard-wide media group that brings speakers, vendors and other media professionals to talk to our group about Harvard and the latest equipment, workflows and techniques.

Break out of winter dormancy and get that sap flowing! This spring, explore the less-traveled paths of the Arboretum on brisk walks designed for getting fit. Pause to hear about interesting plants while you catch your breath. Please dress appropriately and bring water. In case of inclement weather, contact 617.384.5209.

Who should attend: Employees who have not yet sent records to storage as well as anyone in charge of packing and depositing boxes who would like a refresher course

Objective: This workshop will present the ins and outs of sending records to off-site storage at the Records Center. We will cover everything from how to assemble and pack a box to completing the deposit paperwork.

Games Design Week

Have you ever wanted to design your own game? Join Green Door Labs founder Kellian Adams and museum staff to plan and create a digital game set inside the museum. You will work in small groups to invent a game designed to help visitors explore the museum. After prototyping the concept on paper, you will build the game on the digital platform and test it with real museum visitors. The best games have the opportunity to be featured in the museum.
